Meaning of Fruits

Fruits are edible parts of some plants that usually contain seeds. Examples include: 🍊 Orange 🥭 Mango 🍌 Banana 🍍 Pineapple 🍉 Watermelon 🍈 Pawpaw 🍐 Guava

Vitamins

Vitamins are nutrients needed by the body in small quantities to stay healthy. Many fruits contain vitamins.

Importance of Fruits

Fruits:

  1. Provide vitamins.
  2. Help protect the body from diseases.
  3. Help the body remain healthy.
  4. Help digestion.
  5. Provide water.

Eating Fruits Safely

Fruits should be properly washed before eating. Dirty fruits can carry germs.
