Meaning of Substance Abuse

Substance abuse means the harmful or improper use of drugs, medicines or other substances. A substance becomes harmful when it is used wrongly or without proper medical guidance.

  3. Some medicines.
  4. Illegal drugs.

Physical Effects of Drug Abuse
