  • provide road markings.
  • keep roads safe.

Provision of Traffic Signs

Adequate traffic signs should be placed where road users can see them clearly.

Maintenance of Vehicles

Drivers should regularly check:

  • brakes.
  • tyres.
  • lights.
  • mirrors.
  • engines.

Well-maintained vehicles are safer.

Road Safety Education

People should be taught road safety through:
