E: CONTENT

Whole Numbers

Whole numbers are the numbers we use for counting.
Examples:

• 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
• 25, 26, 27
• 100, 101, 102

Counting in Hundreds

We can count:

• 100, 200, 300, 400, 500
• 600, 700, 800, 900

Reading and Writing Numbers

Examples:

• 125 – One hundred and twenty-five
• 340 – Three hundred and forty
• 508 – Five hundred and eight
• 999 – Nine hundred and ninety-nine

Numbers Before and After

Example:

Before 36 → 35

After 36 → 37

Therefore:
35, 36, 37
Another example:
198, 199, 200
