Oils Obtained From Crops

Oil palm → palm oil. Groundnut → groundnut oil. Coconut → coconut oil. Soya bean → soya bean oil.

Characteristics of Oil Crops

Oil crops:

1. Produce seeds or fruits containing oil.
2. Are useful for cooking.
3. Can be processed into different products.
4. Are important sources of income.
