Meaning of a Home

A home is a place where a person or family lives.

🏠 A home gives us shelter and a place to rest.

Rooms in a House

Common rooms include:

• dining room

Objects Found at Home

🛏️ Bed – we sleep on it.

🪑 Chair – we sit on it.

📺 Television – we watch programmes on it.

🍽️ Plate – we use it for food.

🧹 Broom – we use it to sweep.

Simple Reading Passage

My Home

I live with my family in a small house. Our house has a sitting room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. There are chairs and a television in the sitting room. I like my home because it is clean and peaceful.
