Meaning of Classification

Classification means putting things into groups according to their similarities or uses. Farm tools can be grouped according to the work they do.

Cutting Tools

Tools used for cutting include:

Digging Tools

Tools used for digging include:

• hoe

• shovel
• garden fork

Carrying Tools

Tools used for carrying include:

• wheelbarrow
• basket
• bucket
• head pan

Gathering Tools

Tools used for gathering include:
