Meaning of Honesty

Honesty means telling the truth and doing what is right. An honest child does not lie or steal.

Examples of Honest Behaviour

• Telling the truth.
• Returning lost property.
• Admitting when we make a mistake.
• Not taking what belongs to another person.

Meaning of Self-Reliance

Self-reliance means trying to do simple things by ourselves. Examples: 👕 Dressing ourselves. 🎒 Arranging our school bag. ✏️ Keeping our pencils properly. 🧸 Arranging our toys.

Importance of Honesty

Honesty helps people to:

1. Trust us.
2. Respect us.
3. Live peacefully with us.
