E: CONTENT

Meaning of Clean Water

Clean water is water that is free from visible dirt and kept safely.

Boiling Water

🔥 Water can be boiled to help make it safer. Children should not boil water without an adult because hot water can burn.

Filtering Water

Filtering means passing water through a clean filter to remove some dirt.

Allowing Dirt to Settle

Some visible dirt may settle at the bottom when water is left still. The clearer water should still be properly treated before drinking.

Storing Clean Water

Clean water should be:

  1. Kept in a clean container.
  2. Covered properly.
  3. Protected from dirty hands.
  4. Stored away from waste.
